These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website [tweakit.media] ("Site") and your relationship with Tweakit Media, located at Tegelbruksgatan 20, 85356 Sweden ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services
Tweakit Media provides media production, content strategy, sponsorship activation, and amplification strategy services. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements.

 

2. Payment Terms
For custom services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the project scope. A further 20% is due at the start of production, and the remaining 30% is due within one month of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. For online purchases such as workshops, courses, or other standard offerings, payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation before the project start will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. If cancellation occurs after production has started, up to 100% of the total project cost may be invoiced depending on the scope of work completed. Cancellation terms may vary according to individual project agreements.

 

4. Project Feedback and Revisions
Tweakit Media provides structured feedback loops and review periods during the production process. The number and nature of revisions will be defined in the specific service contract. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in materials and content created by Tweakit Media remain the property of Tweakit Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights will transfer to the client as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
Tweakit Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

 

7. Third-Party Services
Where services involve third parties (e.g., freelance photographers, videographers, editors), Tweakit Media is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

 

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Continued use of the Site or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
